Artist Trading Cards are like regular baseball or Pokemon cards, except they start out blank, and them you paint, stitch, stamp, color, or draw on them. I could have posted this a
long time ago (back in summer) but I waited till I got 100 cards, and I finally did! Last night at around ten, I finally finished! Here's the rules:
- they must be 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches
- no selling, just trading
I originally got the idea from a
Family Fun Magazine, and apparently, The Artist Trading Card Movement started in Switzerland and is now sweeping the globe. I don't know how true that is, but these are sure fun to make. They sell real official cards at Hobby Lobby, but they are pretty expensive (I think its 10 for $3). They do sell them in canvas and stuff too. These are the ones I like best in my collection:
The first card says Play Maestoso which means Majestic in music speak/Italian.
You see why I couldn't post pictures of all of them. I have over a hundred.
Enjoy!
